*Co-payments of counseling sessions are requested at time of service. Most insurances that cover the Hampton Roads region such as Tricare East, Optima, Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Aetna, United Healthcare, and Magellan Health, etc. are accepted. Payment plans are also available for extenuating circumstances.
